Our Shrewsbury plastering services
Internal plastering
Our internal plastering services include:
- Skimming: Applying smooth, even coats to walls and ceilings. Surfaces are prepared by repairing cracks and removing loose plaster so the finish lasts.
- Ceiling repairs and overboarding: Correct sagging or cracked ceilings by installing plasterboard over existing surfaces and finishing with a fine skim coat, while protecting your floors and furniture.
- Dry lining and partition walls: Installation of plasterboard on new or existing stud walls, with taped and jointed seams, corner beads, and a smooth skim finish.
- Full property re-plastering: Complete plastering for rooms or entire properties, for renovations or updating older interiors.
External rendering
As approved applicators, we render externally with K Rend silicone render, a durable, weather-resistant finish:
- High-quality silicone render: It offers water repellency, breathability and long-term protection, in a wide range of colours.
- Preparation and application: Old render is removed if necessary, then a basecoat goes on with reinforcing mesh and corner beads, finished with a colour coat.
- Render repairs and maintenance: Repair and patch work on sound render surfaces, to keep the look and the durability of the exterior.
