What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, postcode and a short note about the job. Email is optional. That is the only information the form collects.
The form does not save those details on the website. Sending it opens a text message to 07543 520394 on your own phone, with the details filled in. Nothing is stored unless you send that text.
Why we use it
We use the text to reply, price the plastering or rendering, and carry out the job if you go ahead. We do not sell the details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
If you call, text, or message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, we receive whatever you choose to send on that service. Those messages are kept for the same reason.
How long we keep it
We keep quote messages for as long as we need them for the enquiry and the job, then delete them. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

You can ask what details we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call or text 07543 520394.
