The ground floor was prepared, beaded around the openings, and rendered. The first floor was still in cladding when this photo was taken, which is a normal stage on a phased elevation.

DP Plastering are approved applicators of K Rend silicone systems. The base has to be right or the finish coat will not stay flat.
